Hi,

I was surprised to see that the PCI-connectors in the Mac Pro are placed the other way around.
This would mean that the connectors to the soundcard are on the inside of the computer-case... ???
Is this a known issue?
Check the pictures and see for yourself... realy crazy...

If anybody knows a way to solve this... would greatly appreciated.

thanks in advance

The latest Mac to support CW cards are the so called G4 MDD. G5s are not compatible with scope not only because of hardware. G5s are OSX only while the Scope software is OS 9.x compatible.

or use two macs, one with OS9 and internet (Scope never has to suffer from that, Cubase/ASIO does sometimes) and one with OSX, like I'm gonne do

I do that already--albeit with Wintel. My Scope machine is laughable in terms of computing power but since it only does Scope it works great. Especially since it's built entirely out of REALLY OLD spare parts (bx mobo etc).
