I would realy like to see a dev which I could connect to any synth which would allow me to detune certain notes of a scale.
This would allow me to create multiple ethnic scales.

If it can by done in modular, I certainly don't know how to do it.

You could do it internally of you transform the audio signal to play at the required frequency.
