someone have Intel 955X Chipset?

my actual system is:
p4 2.8 no HT,1 GB rdram,MB intel d850emv2,3 x scope cards

I want upgrade to 3.8 2MB chace single core P4,the intel MB for me have always works fine,now i want upgrade my system whit 955X chipset whit the Intel Desktop Board D955XCS
someone have this chipset in your system?

that chipset seems fine. it works well in the asus p5wd2premium.

I prefer intel mobo , have 3 consecutive pci slot
