i have recently assembled my new DAW
i choose asus p4c800-e deluxe which mounts 2 GB RAM Corsair twinX pc3200 with CL2 and a northwood P4 3.00
thanks to the overclocking features of the p4c800-e i run the CPU at 3.3 GHz.

i have 3 CW cards, pulsar1+luna+pulsar1 SRB and a soundblaster live card.
i used nlite http://www.nliteos.com to install a cleaned-up version of winXP home (removing all the unnecessary services, drivers and programs) with Standard PC configuration.

as for now, i don't experience any problems of clicks/dropout etc.

I'm curious why you chose Standard PC installation with that motherboard.

Hey bosone,

Great to hear you've got no problems with your PC. I got an Asus P4P800 which maybe similar to your board but a bit older I think as I've had mine for a good couple of years now.
