Hi,Guys
Some days, I unsuccessfully try to receive activation codes from my creamware page.
“....An error occured while sending your codes! Please try again”
Hmm
Support does not answer.
How to solve this problem?

Ralf can help you. because of hackers, this must be done manually now.

Good news.
But I basically use vsti like kontakt, hypersonic,trilogy etc and there is no sense for me to buy this upgrade.

I bought a Scope-Home and a Adat-Expansion three weeks ago for the full price and now I can get both much cheaper

The upgrade is free if you bought the product after the first of september. please contact the support.

How many days are usually necessary to wait?
