i rec all my sonar data to the secondary primary hard disk. the prob is recenly when i press rec.. it took almost a minute to take the first take. after that next rec takes no time(normal time) that hd has 46% free space. any idea... ?

after deleting Picture Cache of cakewalk projects it looks almost ok. but can you tell more about what you're telling bios setting for power management of HD.... what is that? where can i fix that.
