I'm a big fan of easy to program synths like the EZSynth, Orbitone 303, Microbe, Wavelength Juicer and Neutron Micro. In fact, they're the only thing I can be bothered to program...more than about 8 knobs and it's just too much like hard work, too much choice of what to automate, and too much to map on a midi controller.

It never really occurred to me until tonight, but the Juicer WT is effectively a Microwave XT/TB-303 hybrid. Really fun to program (303) and effortlessly capable of non-typical subtractive synth sounds (MwXT), so arguably superior to both of it's "parents"....especially after turning up the distortion and messing with startwave.

Wow. Thank you Mr Hummel!
