time delay when i want to rec a giga bass. if i pull down ulli to 4ms(44.1khz) it seems latency is ok but than again cpu start showing me around 70% uses and few crackles. it says 25ms but it feels 50ms when i want to play.
thanks

Seems normal if your processor is quite slow.you can try upping it to 13ms which should be ok.When you've done you're recording change ULLI because you won't need it once it's recorded.

1.4Ghz p4 is actually rather slow, in many ways slower than 1 Ghz p3. You should be able to get that motherboard close to or beyond 2Ghz with an upgrade.
Also, are you using a 1st generation product?

whit 4 ms I get some crakle and pops especialy whit reason in rewire, this problem seem resolved resetting ASIO driver in cubase sx 3 via "release asio driver in bakground"
ceck "release asio driver in background"
and apply
uncheck "release asio driver in background"
and reapply
in this way clicks and pops audio streaming problem @ 4ms seem finish bat @ 7 ms never this problem
I have p4 2.8 and one Gb of RDRAM @ 7 ms no problems all fine
sorry for my enghlis

on my old p3 933 ghz i was able of 10 ms and with 4 ms i remember about blue screens and system crashes.
On my actual amd 3400 i can run @ 4 ms without any problems, but of course. the cpu load is much higher than working at 13 ms latency.
