Just checked programs and the virtual memory they use on task manager(XP) and I see that SFP.exe holds roughly the same size of virtual and physical memory.

Why is that?

Do you use Sampler STS? It uses a lot of the Memory depends on the samples loaded!

No I loaded Scope v4.0 default project and tested its performance.
I was surprised that all modules wouldn't be loaded in RAM and have small page file use.
MEM usage was about same as pagefile.
