When I can't send an all notes off message, removing the virtual MIDI cable from the synth takes care of the problem. Connecting Pulsar MIDI source or sequencer MIDI source to the MIDI in of this device and then the MIDI out of this device to your synths should act the same way. I'll admit that I don't know if it will work because I haven't been able to test it since the problem has not occurred lately.
