Anybody have experience installing SCOPE home card into ASUS Pundit-R barebone system?
Is it possible?

it looks like it would work, although it's anybody's giess what level of performance it might give. i'd guess poor, although maybe with just a scope home card, that'd be good enough.....
i'd say get a more traditional machine, spend just a little more, get fewer bells and whistles that are unneeded in a music machine, something with an agp vidcard(so there will be less bandwidth issues on the pci bus) and live happier....but that's my opinion...

a regular case is portable especially if it's rackmount. i see no problem carrying a tower case, they're not THAT big. go to the thrift store, get a couple of old suitcases, get foam and cut it to fit, and you have your lcd monitor, keyboard, mouse and tower in flight cases....
better to keep the system powerful, dependable and simple, even if it's a little bigger.

I dont think so. I want to put barebone into rucksack, grab box with LCD and go to the club by tram. In case I will have regular case I need car (wich I have) even if I want to go somewhere near my home (I do that often so going by car is little boring and limiting).

by next to nothing
if you only going to fit 1 scope card, i guess one of the many shuttle solutions would suit you (i know someone fitted a oulsar II card in system like this).
