I did a refresh job on an old cassette tape with Indian vocals and some instrumentation (Om Namaha Shiva Ya).
Ideal study material for Psy-Q, as the manual refers specially to vocals.
As i own the SPL Vitalizer MK2, I was surprised to find out that my new Psy-Q is really a copy of the SPL thing, tho the different elements are named or organised in a more or less different way.
I was able to get exactly the same result with both the plugin and the hardware variant.
(Which means I can sell the Vitalizer now
)
Another thing was, I could combine the information of both the SPL and the plugin manual, and now i do understand the Psy-Q much better, as the SPL manual is much more scientific, where the Psy-Q manual in a way is more practical.
I'd like to explain this later, but for the moment I would like to know if anyone was able to check both apps like I did
I promiss to add my findings from the SPL manual to the Psy-Q knowledge, as it can be clarifying for those who own (just) the Psy-Q.
Anyone has them both?
