i want buy this software-controller mixer based on the mackie control system provided by cubase but i'm not sure if it will work right with xtc plugs.
someone can tell me if creamware xtc have bugs in remote-control-mixer?
control mixer
Haven't used that controller yet, but here goes:
There is 2 ways to automate XTC plugins. One is as an SFP device, where you right-click and assign a CC# (enable thru on that Cubase track). The other is as VST plugin, through Cubase's automation. Except for a couple plugins (Transient Shaper, Attacker and Vinco afaik) they can all be automated.
So with Cubase automation, there's no reason why the emulated Logic Control mode should not work well with XTC plugins...
Can anyone confirm if moving faders work with SFP mixers (and other dev) with this controller? A simple feedback from the SFP mixer should do in theory.
That controller looks very nice, btw
