Thanks - I've had it 'working', just that insertion of an XTC takes forever (30-60 seconds) as does starting playback...do you see the same?

In SONAR 3.1.1 (what I have), you can even bounce properly with XTC plug-in's inserted just by unticking the Fast Bounce box in the dialogue box.
