many good presets, and you can cc# controll most knobs, check the last page of the manual.

Ah ! someone who seeks at last some delicacy !
I'am an industrialist and I love all mayhem sounds !!!

I have a lot of synths and my vote goes to Uberplastic, in fact it's very hard not to make him scream like a drunk punk !

Try also the SparC demo by the same developer, also a very dirty rough synth ...

The most extreme sounds I've ever ever heard : Flexor !

I'am testing Solaris 2, also mean and very very deep especially with the Red Dwarf II modules !!!

Just test and don't judge a synth too fast on its presets, you must dig further sometimes ...

thinking about totally mad sounds, we've one left out:
Python Pro (distributed by Zarg)
if you let that shift into feedback because you were a little careless... and it starts to self-oscillate  beware god !
There's even a warning about this feature - to save some monitors' lives

cheers, Tom

Yep, Shayne, I'am a lucky ugly bastard !
You can also blame me for the delays ...
John is so kind and responsive that Solaris shifted from 1.3 to 2.0 and it's about time to calm down !

Those DSP issues ruin the party though since you have to choose options, Solaris 2 will be very close to a compact modular ...

Those are a lot of features that eat DSP, who needs all of them ? use all of them ? which ones to keep ? well ... you see ...

In the following days, John will have to make some strategic choices.

It's kind of monophonic on a Pulsar 1 and just the level above on a Pulsar II for an average DSP preset : walking on eggs ...

I would aim for the M-Tron.
It has coffee spots and scorch marks on his surface
