Can't get this to work properly - how do I get Cubase SX to load up the presets that my XTC instruments were using when I saved the project?

Also, I find I am still having to load my MIDI controller preset before I can program my XTC synths with my Novation Remote 25. Is there a way of getting this to load automatically when I load an SX project?
