DO NOT ORDER from Divia Digital
I ordered a Noah from Divia Digital months ago. They never delivered and do not return email or phone messages. Creamware is aware of the problem and Divia Digital has been taken off their dealer list.
I know of at least two other people who have also been ripped off by Divia Digital (in addition to Creamware themselves providing product to Divia Digital and never receiving payment).

We should do something toguether... Any ideas? My first thought is to spread that this so called Divia whatever, is a false company and that they are taking people's money for nothing, we are going to help lots of people by doing so...
Question: Where do we post something like this? Is there a special place were this could go loud and clear into the streets?
I guess that one way would be sendin a formal mail to Computer Music magazine, this magazine reaches thousands of people arround the world. Sound & Sound would be another one...
I am not very good at it, but would like to do something. Just thinking that would happend to me, I would be really sad and that would be nice for others to support me, in whatever posible way. I think this is a serious matter and we truly need to take action here... PLEASE, ideas...

Then we could also log on to other "music" related forums and post a message about this bogus company.
I am so sorry for you huffcw !!!
I can't believe that people do this !!!

Spread the word worldwide !!!

Ok, we have to do it fast and in an organized way. How do we proceed for something like that? Shoudn't we write sort of a letter and then put it a diggital firm or something from as many of us as posible so it goes to all those magazines and places on the net like Midi Farm?
Perhaps we could act as Planet Z, but for this John should agree first. This could be a more serious response to this problem.
I don't think that me, as a second language speaker of English should write the letter, nevertheless, I would like to have much more information. PLEASE, let's get all the detaiils of what happend, when, how much money did you pay, to whom, where, names of those people, and whatever else you think may help preventing other people to be taken! With all this information, writing a consice but strong letter would be enough, then we send it everywere posible for it to be published. What do you think?

I graduated with a degree in English and work for a law firm and know how to write such things. I would be happy to draft a letter if huff wouldn't mind explaining what happened in detail, etc., so we can be thorough in our criticism.
I can be emailed privately. If all are interested, a draft can then be posted for review and once feedback has been given, we'll send it out.
Sound good?

First of all - thank you all for your encouragement and great support. It makes me feel really good to be part of such a great community.
Here are a few details about Divia Digital...
The person I was dealing with was a guy name Michael Brown. Here is the address information he gave me for sending payment:
Divia Digital
Michael Brown
9404 Windermere Lake Drive, #301
Riverview, FL 33569(prefer this one...this is our new office address)
0r
Divia Digital
Michael Brown
3538 Osprey Cove Drive
Riverview, FL 33569
The phone number he gave me is 813-748-2813.
Ok - here is some background on the situation...
I bought a PowerPulsar from Divia earlier and everything went fine. So, I decided to go back to Divia to order Noah. He originally said he would be one of the first people in the U.S. with stock. The shipment of Noah was delayed by Creamware, so I wasn't concerned when it took longer than expected and nothing came. However, after I knew Noah was shipping in the U.S. and had heard that other dealers had stock, I started to get concerned.
I got in contact with Michael. I was assured over and over that it was coming soon. After waiting a couple of more weeks, I finally contacted Creamware sales and got a surprising message. I found out that Divia Digital hadn't placed an order with Creamware for several months - not for a Noah or any other products. Originally, Creamware sales indicated that Divia Digital decided to no longer be a Creamware dealer. However, I received another message from Creamware sales later saying they had talked with Michael and he had decided to continue being a dealer afterall.
Even though I was told he was still going to be a dealer, I decided to ask for my money back anyway. I knew other dealers had stock and I would be able to get Noah quicker if I placed an order somewhere else. After requesting my money back, I repeatedly received excuses for why the refund was not sent. I continued to follow up with him for a while on the refund. He would always respond to my email and phone messages with more excuses.
He stoped returning my messages just a little while ago. That's when I got in contact with Creamware about Divia Digital. They immediately removed him from their dealer list and started trying to contact him for me. They also had some issues with Divia (I believe they had sent him product that he never paid Creamware for, or something like that). Unfortunately, they did not have any better luck than I had getting in contact with him. They do not know where he is or what happened to him.
My latest action was filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau of west Florida. They will try to contact him and if they can reach him, provide dispute resolution services. If warranted, they will also forward the report on to local authorities. However, they indicated that if he cannot be reached (he left town and doesn't come back), there is very little they can do to help me recover my money.
Creamware told me that there are others out there who are in the same situation with Divia Digital for other Creamware products. I also received a message from someone who saw my post here on PlanetZ saying that he had just sent payment for a PowerPulsar two weeks ago and has not heard from Divia Digital. I really hope that no one else get ripped off by Divia. His web site was up for a while and seemed to still be accepting orders. It seems to be down now. So that is a good sign.

I think your description is good as a letter too, cos it's simple and direct, with the facts as they have been. I would nevertheless accept for someone with knowlege, as people is offering their service to you, to join with a FORMAL letter, then we all join with our digital sings, and start the sending process.
I think we should start rather soon, as soon as posible, cos other people may suffer the same thing...
Please Dehusar, get your legal letter as soon as posible done, and let's join them toguether, if you think it is a good idea, and start the sending of it, to every single magazine or web related to music, compositon and gear. We may end up with a refund, cos when things become public domain, may be very, very strong!!!

To whom it may concern,
We at PlanetZ, a forum and community for Creamware enthusiasts/fanatics, would like to bring to your attention a vendor who has claimed to have stocks of Creamware's new Noah rackmount synth/fx system. Apparently a few members of our community have purchased Noah's and not received them. The vendor in question operates under the name of Divia Digital. While Creamware has not, as of this letter, posted to our forums in response to the thread, one of the enthusiasts who had placed an unfulfilled order, claims to have had conversations with people at Creamware who confirmed that others have had similar experiences with this particular vendor.
So that others are aware, and are able to protect themselves from this vendor, we supply our member's story as he explained it to us, and hope that you will pass it on to your readers and associates.
Thanks for your time and assistance,
The community of PlanetZ.com

That sounds excellent.
By the way - unfortunately, it appears that his web site is still up and can accept orders.

Hello everybody.
Sad that my first post on Planet Z had to be this one. I was the person that mailed huffcw about my purchase of a PowerPulsar. I have tried to mail them a few more times, but no luck. I have also tried to email Creamware about this, but it looks like their mail server is down at the moment. I really am gutted. I paid by credit card, so a receit is not a problem, but I don't know how my chances of getting my money back. Maybe if those that have gotten ripped of files a complaint to the same place together, the chances will increase?
Peace
