I want to unistall my Pulsar and remove all traces of it's presence before a rebuild - do I unistall first or remove the card and unistall hardware/software once the PCI slot is empty ?

I've usually done the uninstall then removed the hardware (make sure your power cord is disconnected). It seemed to work for me.
