What happened to the upgrade for current Zarg users?

It's been several weeks since the initial release?

All existing users have been informed directly via email.If we missed you in our mailing, you can contact our support. Be sure to send us your old key so we can proof that you're a valid updater. And don't worry the old device will still be valid, by updating you'll get the new device with key in addition.
