did you get the confirmation on the website that all went well with the creditcard transaction?
if not, you might read this:
I had a (home made) problem myself to get me a last minute steal. there was only an error (not obviously to be seen) coming from the credit card website frame (which was almost completely empty). and there was no confirmation email, which made me almost raving.
I figured out, then, that a javascipt blocker tool in my browser prevented the transaction (I did all other shopping actions within linux :) ).
just switching the browser, and bang!

maybe you look for something like that....

Dear CW friends,

last wednesday I got my confirmation mail for buying Prodyssey. Every day I searched for an actualized keyfile, but "my page" seems to be broken. You know, I'm a patient customer, but what's he matter?

Best greetings, Thomas

You might be right about the browser (I've just installed Firefox), but the things that bugs me is that I've seen the payment confirmation...
I'll wait two more days for the keys for the keys and/or the bank transaction to be cleared before thinking to repurchase the item (with 10% saving less though..).

Anyway, thanks for your help Kylie,

I purchased the DT bundle 2 days ago, and just got an email from Ralf with my updated allkeys file containing the DT codes + a link to the oxe on the ftp site (which works)...

So if you didn't get yours, then maybe you should email Ralf (tough I guess you tried that?).

p.s. is there a user guide anywhere for the DynaTube?

well, in that case...
I just stumbled over the noscript extension (the blocker I mentioned), and as it operates almost silently I tend to forget about it occasionally. I would have posted something like you did, if I had not purchased successfully something only 2 days before (and with different os and browser, and no noscript :) ).

but you had the confirmation in the browser, which is an almost sure sign you successfully bought it (and will be charged, of course).
so don't hesitate to contact ralf. I'm sure he's busy these days, but he always got back on me next business day, as stated. big thanks again :)

if you have the chance to check whether the transaction was successful to the point of view from your cc company, it's nevertheless a good idea. I never tried myself, so I don't know if it's possible...

I nearly bought them again, but I've checked my bank account today and the CW transaction has been cleared.
So no confirmation mail, no keys, but the transaction was succesful. That I know.
Weird way of doing business me reckon.

So now it's only a matter of Ralf coming back from the Bahamas (if he ever does) and getting back to work...

I sent a mail to Ralf, and he helped me immediately. So I have a new great toy (Prodyssey).
Thank you Ralf!!!
Unfortunately I have not much time cos I work on our new musical at our theatre ("Sugar" after the film "Some like it hot"). But it's funny.
In february 07 I will have more time ...

Okay Ralf, could you send the keys now....

Jokes aside, It's incredibly long for a mail delivery !!!
I was planing on getting other items this week, but seeing as the first delivery goes, you can forget it.
And please, no more give me the body of Ralf blah blah now guys. I'm losing the sense of humour on this one.

Very true King, but not when you wait for some studio toys keys ... :D

I'm locking myself in my studio today (and it's a beautiful sunny day here in Marseille) as a punishement for my impatience.
I've got some Flexor lessons to practice..

Cheers,
