By now AMJones should think about changing the subject of this thread from "Creamware customer service? Absolutely appalling" to something like: "Creamware customer service? Thank the Gods for Ralf."

I hope you see the irony in my thanks, it still took ages to transfer.

With all my whining, I should admit I didn't know nor expect he'd make it up the way he did

Hey Frank,

hope you're still reading this thread.

I'm having a hard time transfering my Solaris key. I mailed several times without any reply from you (CW). I payed the transfer fee and forwarded the receipt together with the transfer details to CW.

Just got an email from JO: "Please buy transfer coins at cwaudio.de". Seems like this person didnt read my mail at all because I clearly wrote that transfer receipt was included. I copied the receipt at the bottom of the mail.

Trying to mail to u (CW) but all my mails are bouncing. Looks like creamware.de isnt reachable by mail at all at the moment:

These recipients of your message have been processed by the mail server:
**@creamware.de; Failed; 5.1.1 (bad destination mailbox address)

Remote MTA mx00.schlund.de: SMTP diagnostic: 550 Cannot route to
"""

I ** out the mailboxname.

Its really frustrating that when I finally get a reply from CW, the person that replies didnt read the email at all and blindly typed "go to the online store and buy tranfer coins". Now I cant reach them at all.

Thank u

To Terrence ( and all other users that could not reach CWA ),

hello Terrence,

sorry for this incommodities. Jo is brandnew here at CWA and he is only working for us since two days.
So he is overhelmed with all the different things he have to learn and errors can happen than ( i think, this is not pleasantly, but normal ).
Sorry again for this and i hope for your understanding. Tomorrow i'll go on in your solaris - transfer with high priority, to fix this asap.

Moreover . . . we have a "little" nightmare here due to providerchanges with unsatisfactorily technical support.
There are a lot of IP-changes and unfortunately it takes some time if the subdomains will be recogniced correctly world-wide again.
Today and yesterday the CWA-people wasn't able to send or receive emails. Surely we are at work to fix this situation ( i hope it will work again tomorrow ).

Please try to reach my own CWA-adress, which is rb@creamware.de and i will do my best to transfer the solaris-synth to your hardware.

Cheers
Ralf

THanks for the reply Ralf,

this morning I recieved another mail from JO initiated by you to tell me I should buy a transfer coin.

As I wrote in my last post and in the mail I sent u I bought it already and icluded the payment receipt in the mail. I double checked it and it IS there, in the mail U forwarded to JO.

Its hard to read a mail isnt it?

Sorry but I'm losing my patience now.

Hey,

Ralf took care of it, had some troubles transfering but i have to say I'm impressed with the level of personal support he provided the last days to solve my problems.

Thumbs up Creamware!
