I like the simple Scope 3,4,6,15 idea. The "pro" business is a bit snobbish for me. Pro or home there's sometimes no difference. The "pro" user can have less gear than a rich "home" user. It really means nothing.
The number makes it completely clear what the difference between boards is. And with the unified Scope software and free dev package, that's really the only difference between the hardware.
As for the plugin packages, I think someone mentioned before about a "points" system.
In that perhaps with each Scope board you also get the same number of "points". One point equals one plugin extra. (Although Scope 15 gets everything ??)
So, everyone would get the basics, then the Scope 3 buyer (luna) gets to "spend" their three points in the CWA shop. They can get for free three plugins.
The Scope 6 buyer gets six points etc.
(Maybe some devices costs "two points")
This way you get your customers into the CWA shop where maybe they will spend their free points but also come back again and buy as well.
Also they can concentrate on making their board a mixer or synth or mastering solution etc without further expense. Sort of instant customisation.
At the very least you have got them "in the door" of your shop, and that is often the hardest part.

Spirit, you are 100% right! That's the most fair way yet very attractive to the company, I suppose! As we say here "you oven 2 roasts in one fire"
or "a wolf is replete and the sheep is in one piece" 
To Frank U. : there are many complains about the registrtion system but I think it is the best available, I mean a plugin is registered to a board. Even more, not too many companies allow to trade their software and you allow - that's fair! Thanks!
