i applied the rampatch on windows 7 32bit. it shows full 8 gb ram now.
i can load many peograms and reach almost full of my installed memory.

BUT.............
IT IS USELESS FOR DAWS

in sonar i loaded synthogy ivory 2.. or 3 times and i got a message about memory full.
so.............i didn't manage to go further than before...

on the other hand... in 7 64bit i can load about 7 or 8 instances of ivory within sonar.... maybe more.. not remember.. actually i had other vsts as well loaded without getting any memory message.

I grabbed the beta and the updated drivers last night.

How long does it usually take for them to e-mail a new keyfile to you?

It has been about 24 hours since I mailed them, and I included my v5 reg file and request codes, but no replies yet.

PS: It looks like they have taken all of that stuff off of the FTP since then...

S|C is uploading v5.1.2707 to the ftp server at the moment (previous was 2706)...

the pci setup file is growing very slowly though, don't expect it to be uploaded completely before two hours, lol, are they uploading with a 56k modem or what? :o

It might have been a good idea to upload it as "donotdownload.tmp" or something and then rename it when it was complete, I'd already downloaded an incomplete version once before realising what was going on...

The new 5.1 Beta for Xite is now on the S|C FTP server: SONIC_CORE_SCOPE_PCI_v5.1.2707-BETA_EN.exe

I'm waiting for the Xite version...

Cheers,

5.1.2707 for XITE-1 has also been reworked.
Before I had ASIO for Pianoteq Pro 64 working OK but Kontakt 4.1.1. had slight crackles.
I had GaryB help me out and we isolated the XITE-1 and NVidia Card to IRQ 16 and it was semi passable.
Now it just smokes.
Kontakt loads up everything I own with no sweat and the SSD cuts load times from minutes to seconds.
Now I can add some Orchestral instruments, Session Strings and other goodies as well as 6GB's more DDR3 for a 12GB total.
No sense buying all of this virtual crap unless I can use it 'eh?

Nice Job S|C.

Hmm. I can see the SONIC_CORE_SCOPE_XITE-1_v5.1.2707-BETA_EN.exe but when I right-click and choose save destination as, I get the error message: The Server Returned Extended Information. I use Internet Explorer 7.

Anyway, Is this 2707 for Xite also meant for 32-bit? (I think the previous betas were 64-bit only?)

You need to use a FTP client, IE7 is not working.
Also, it's 64bit ONLY!
