The base level for simple pattern sequencers (now established for a couple of years!) is a mouse-drawable 32-step (minimum) pattern. This business of fiddling with a tiny slider and watching the note number in 16-steps is history - or should be.
In case of a pitchSEQ it's easier for me to direct set the values than using any slider or mouse drawing.
In case of a controlerSEQ you're certainly right. That could benefit from a "drawing" feature.
