				hi hubird,
new forum - and what a topic
my best wishes to you and your broken part of the body to recover really soon.
If that's right what the physicians told you're a lucky guy anyway. Those injuries can be terrible, I've seen it happen near to me, but I'll spare you the details.
Make the best of it and mix a great track...
cheers, tom

and I AM working on one, plenty of time indeed

(And as one may know, I prefer somehow finished entities to post, so it will take another little while

 )

				Hey Hubird,
How's the ankle shaping up?
A warning to other PlanetZ members - it's catching!
Three hours ago I was knocked off my mountain bike by a car. Nothing seems to be broken but plenty of bits are starting to hurt and stiffen up (the wrong ones unfortunately

 )
I managed to get home and drive my bike to the repair shop - over £400 English pounds worth of damage. And I thought that retirement would be relaxing and gentle!
So I'm grounded for a while. Perhaps I can add a few bits to your "Bones" track and add "bruises" into the title!
Get well soon

				sorry to read that, Neil!
Glad you don't have a fracture, coz as I discovered it takes 6 weeks (and not 3 as I first thought) for healing bones.
BTW must have bin a real number one bike if it's worth that repair costs!
Stay tuned!

				Thanks Hubird.
Yeah it was a great bike - I've done nearly 25000 miles on it, but the insurance will provide me with a new one.
6 weeks seems optimistic for an ankle but hope it goes okay.
