Mine is also stabile, win7 64bit + 5.1. Never seen a bluescreen.
Never Change the Windows Version, no internetconnection

Win7 laptop (Xite), and Win8 machines (PCI) here - with internet connection - rock solid / stable.
the old internet connection issues are a myth.

so why write the statement above then write you dont have any problems you either have one or the other you cant have both
