No power - help!

So I got the new power supply and tested it before I put the whole thing back together and it worked!

Pieced everything together, GRAND!

Hooked it back up to my rig - I get the message "Loading performance... failed" and nothing happens.

NOW what did I do? I want to chuck this thing off the roof soon.
