Here's another Antec case:
NSK 6500 (New Solution Series).

It's somewhat smaller and just a little lighter than TX 1088AMG, 0,8mm steelplate instead of 1,0mm.
But the depth in both boxes is the same 47,2 cm. And both have a removable HDD cage, in the TX 1088 it's a two part and in the NSK6500 it's a one part construction. (I hope I got it right as I have only seen pictures of the cases not the real ones)
NSK6500 has also a 5,25" to 3,5" adapter in the upper 5,25" drive cage.

PSU in TX is TruPower 480W, in NSK it's 430W.
They both cost about the same, price difference is just 2 or 3 euros.
NSK6500 will be available in my retailer later this month.

Here's a link to Antec's picture of the inside of NSK6500:

nice, but it won't take a full length card without mods.

btw-the trupower 480w supply is much better than the 430 smart power....

And so I bought the recommended TX 1088AMG, one of the few still available in our shops. The price was just under 100 euros.

Now I have to find somehow free time to put up a nice computer building shop. Still too much composing and arranging plus notating work to do.
Funny, I'm supposed to be retired but I'm more active than in past few years :)

Two computers waiting impatiently to get built. One into the TX 1088 and the other into a Titan 650.
Hm...Seems like no past time problems for a little while

I just had the side off to take a peek. There are three case sections for the drives. The one at the top is fixed in. Then there's two removable ones that slide out sideways. The smaller middle one, holds 2 drives horizontally, has to be removed to fit the big Scope cards. I use the bottom one for my hards. I got 2 in there at the moment, system and audio. You can get 4 in there if you want stacked side by side vertically. So I could have 2 more in the bottom case and more upstairs, DVD,CD, in the fixed one at the top.

I have 2 big cards in there, near the CPU, and a UAD card in the third PCI slot which is lowest. You can get 3 big cards without a squeeze in there if necessary. Tons of room.

As you prob know the case is split into 2 separate sections. Motherboard area above and a power section and hard drive tunnel below. I got a coupla fans in each and the whole thing runs real cool. Absolutely silent, rubber shockers. I have never heard it even purr. That's mainly because it's in another room. No, it is very quite.

Does the job.

I think I've got it a bit wrong. :( The lighting in the room where the audio PC is ain't so good. I tend to build these things then completely forget about them.

3 cards won't fit, actually, with your intended mobo. Definitely the very bottom slot card would hit the fixed partition that's between the middle cage space and bottom cage. Possibly both 2 bottom cards. I got a DG965RY.

My 2 Scope cards are in the 2 together and the UAD in the bottom one.

Sorry for false alarm.
