I've been fooling around with Flexor all night......... The incredible machine!

For the last few hours I've been listening intensely to a manipulated version of the patch: "Meat is Murder". I am seriously thinking about becoming a vegetarian.

Great job Flexor!

Me too! What do you ride? I just picked up a '96 Yamaha Virago with 750ccs, all chrome with red tank and trim, and beige two-tone caps on the sides of the tank. Once I get my studio in order, I'll post pictures to the off-topic forum, as my motorcycle is essentially part of my studio. Ahh, mobility!

i tried for curiosity to load the flexor modules in mo2 window. it doesnt work (obviously!), since it asks for a DSP which is not found in the zip files

the DSP file is provided with the zip. to install you must extract all of the zip to your directory, or you can manualy find the file under 'App/Dsp/', and copy it to the right location  chearz!

(oops wrong link somehow-fixed)

I'm getting the same error here:

"Can't find DSP file OBXFLX - please check installation"

My demo is almost over and I can see the patches can't hear a damned thing. Punishment I suppose.

Edit: nor is this file in my app/dsp directory as suggested elsewhere.

You have to extract the WHOLE rar file. Not just the modules and presets. There is a DSP file in the archive. If you extract the whole rar to the SFP folder, then all files will be extracted.

Can't find that little dsp file too!!??
Isn't it correct to extract it with winzip?

I haven't yet scraped the paint ...
I just foresee the possibilities ...
In * total * awe in front of the sounds ...
Embarrassed to have paid soo few for so much !

I really think Flexor has set here the " future of sound " for Creamware

There are plenty of excellent devices on this platform but this is an another realm of sounds ... never heard so razor sharp and deep and etc, etc ... most impressive to say the very least !!

Tweak a little though the patches and your jaw will drop on the floor ... then through the floor !!

I have also the short version in store, like WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT !!!

And there are no emoticons or words to reflect how I feel !!! must recover, and play more !!

by the way... I used the version with the multiple zips...

... and there for sure is NO OBXFLX.dsp.

Could someone please, please mail me that OBXFLX.dsp file to derknott@web.de . It is definatively not in my zip-files (the 25MB zip is too much at once for me, sorry)

yes it *asks* for OBXFLX.dsp but it realy *needs* ADXFLX.dsp. wich is inside the first zip in the span. please unzip the zips directl to your sfp directory (like said in the readme file) and it should all work

Thanks, so I think I messed up something with the demo. no luck . Allways says something like not registered module, but I've run so many creamware demos and they all worked. Maybe I'll download some sounddemos... but that's not the same as trying it out

sad Cyrano, sniff

if it sais that, then it has identified the dsp file, but the registration didnt go through. try deleting your "scope.rgy" in app/bin and d/l allkeys from your page in creamware's site. import that file, and then run flexor's OXE.

remember this will only work i youhave unziped flexors pack directly into the sfp folder!

p.s.
you can also use adern technical support forum

peace!

For a synth novice like me, the patches are worth the full price. One of them inspired me to do a new song - thats good.

When I got to "Whurle", I was silenced. True beauty. I can not find words for this. It is the most beautifull sound I have ever heard from a synthesizer. It was a very special experience.

yyyuup, flexor's got my full push for it. All mod users and people who've been looking for a chance to get into modular synthesis, FLEXOR is a good cause. Damn right it's not free, but you'll get every cent you paid for it.

It's an entire new era for modular synthesis on SFP. TAKE PART IN IT.

And it is way more informative than most of, what Creamware presents. Good and easy for a novice like me. I may even learn a bit now.

Give thanks to the people that crafted the manual, a lot more work went into it than they were expecting.
