Yes it is...i am starting to love this new compressor from SC. Just two knobs and instant gratification Superb for drums and for bringing that initial synth attack to life...

STW Chorus Delay impressed me.
I am really a picky Bastard when it comes to an effect that adds coloring no matter how perfectly designed. PtchShfting on an Eventide even yields artifacts as we are dealing with bending of sounds, but their algos are the best. The hardware Eclipse I bought was strictly for it's top shelf chorus, I was not fond of the bright synthetic reverbs although they are of a great quality.
Having warp69's STW Suite allowed to make a change from hardware to the DSP models.
I have sold my last PCM91, and now the Eclipse is gone.
I can no longer see having hardware for live work a necessity.
Maybe for certain recordings the hardware would have an advantage, but these devices have just put 25 Bones back in my pocket.
The STW Chorus is a masterpiece in precision.

Here's a nice treat for all of us from mpodrug. These presets were not included with my installs.

LOVE my Eclipse, and the Eventide floorstompers are really good as well.
Keeping them until I sort out how/if/why to use Xite live outside the studio.

Send my scope.rgy file with my 4.0 keys and got new keys after 1 day.

I've discovered that XTC it's still workin on SCOPE 5!
Simply go to /App/Bin and open cset.ini , change XTCMode=0 to 1 and XTC it's activated.
Of course u must do a new proper XTCproject with all know workarounds (.dev renamed to .mdl and so on) or you can not ear no sound from your speakers.
SCope 5 ask for the key when u load an XTC plugin,now i must fix the problem with the disappearing GUI of the XTC plugins but at least they are loaded into SONAR 8.
So....what's really changed from scope 4?It seems the same old (restyled) thang...apart for the new driver.

Why on earth did you tell me that I had to buy 4.5 update by a certain date in order to be elegable for a free update?! I put myself in a very tight place to buy the update to 4.5 way back when. I now I find out that it would not have mattered when I bought it? Sorry to sound negative at a great time but this really pisses me off.

I think there should be no comment on what have been done for XTC with scope 5 as it is not the final release. They might be improving it.

Hello, Scope5 is an upgrade and a rewritten Scope version which supports VISTA and works more stable than older versions.If somebody want to use it, he have to purchase the upgrade.If somebody have a scope4.5 lizense already, than scope 5.0 is for free. Unfortunately your keyfile doesn't contain a Scope 4.5 lizense. So this board is not eligible for a free version of Scope 5.0 cheersralf

DEAR SONIC-CORE: I THINK ..MAYBE 4.5 KEYS WAS OUT "AFTER" THE END OF CREAMWARE. IAM RIGHT? IF SO.. PLEASE HAVE MORE "FRIENDLY SERVICE" FOR THE CREAMWARE OWNERS TOO. ESPECIALLY 4.0 OWNERS!!!

You do not have a key for 4.5 - check your registry. Yes the splash screen says 4.5 because 4.0 and 4.5 are the same software, but you have to have 4.5 keys to qualify.

PS. Also try to find your caps lock - looks like newbie shouting otherwise.
