4 of either can be daisychained, and yes, it smells Yamaha.

Well to put my negativity somewhere else i am also waiting for XITE-1 and i am looking to buy it. Cant wait first reviews and benchmarks here.
XITE will be (most likely) heart of my digital/analog studio. There is not doubt that once when it is here it will be most powerful/flexible DSP platform for some time. My ego is boosting when i think of projects containing only minimax, profit, and protones with warp69 reverbs
Hell i will call at least 25. people to look at my xite in rack despite the fact that 24 of 25 does not know what is sound card...
(just kidding)...

it looks i'll not able to buy xite-1 on next god knows how many months.... the last guy is coming to my country on 15dec from Toronto. no one wants to carry big stuffs
and i don't think it will come within these days
anyway all my best to rest of my z pplz. enjoy

More bad news, I'm afraid.
Latest reports indicate the British cargo ship carrying the first consignment of Xite's has gone down in severe weather in the North Sea. Reuters confirms communication problems with the German Coastguard hampered rescue attempts.

One more funny dream from last night. I dreamed how SonicCore announced one more card in line with Xite. It was based on xite but "slower". It was pretty dark compared to current ScopePro 15DSP but smaller i can recall. I even saw tech spec but i cant remember them
Man... i am all over xite
