Hey,

#2 : Alfonso - thank you very much for your kind words on musicplayer & gearslutz. bbrian - also many thanks to you for all the kind words on uadforum and kvr-vst. This is very appreciated - Thank you guys.
@blazesboylan - problems with the download?
The Dynamic Chorus/Delay device have been released - this is a very demanding device. I would really appreciate any suggestions and ideas for future enhancements. I will release a real presetlist in the the near future.
Kind regards

holy sh*t - I was expecting a small box (on screen) as a freebie and what do I get ?
4 pages of params to tweak and a sound that's just overwhelming
Another 'must have' for anyone with > 3 DSPs, so buy the P100 to get this too
With a bpm sync it could become THE standard for trance production spice up.
Some of those colored LED buttons to mute other sections during tweaking would be nice (at a certain position on each screen).
A very, very impressive device
cheers, Tom

Hey,
@MOFO : Im not sure I understand what you mean by routing matrix. The routing :
Input filter -> Chorus -> Delay -> Stereo Enhancement.
@alfonso : If you press the link LED on the right side of the left color eq, you controll both channels with the left color display (left and right are linked) and the right eq display will therefore disappear.
Hints : Be very careful with the feedback parameters, since you can easily multiply the signal by factor 1+ (distortion).
Tap1 in the delay is not routed to the output (therefore it doesnt have volume and position) but back into the delay through the filter and the diffusor. Tap2 is routed to the output and back into the delay (you can choose how). Tap3 is also routed to the output but not back into the delay. Its routed to the chorus instead.
Cheers

Damn! totally missed that...I was only looking at the left side of the panel, were all the controls are!On 2004-08-29 09:48, Warp69 wrote:

Holy crap! CD-100 is great. Definately the most resource-hungry device I have, but it sure is a fantastic thing. I agree BPM sync is about the only improvement my feeble mind can imagine. Good work as usual Warp69...how are sales doing? Hopefully things go so well that you can continue releasing devices! I've been dreaming about the RandomHall algo and something like a AMS RMX verb for months...Hell, I would pay in advance for these.

I'm always a few steps behind but...
Wow. I am impressed with the P100. Good job Warp69! It's impossible to make this verb sound bad. Looks like reverb is going to make a comeback in my studio now...
MOFO and Warp69 -- if you've seen Wolf's Matrix Delay, maybe this is the kind of setup MOFO is looking for? It's a fantastic idea IMHO, and works very well. Just a thought.
Cheers,
Johann

Hey,
I might do a complete update of the cd100/p100 - so it becomes a modular system.
2/4/6 voices chorus.
So you could have some algo's like this :
#1 Diffusion (plate) -> 4 voices chorus -> Plate reverb -> Stereo Enhancement
#2 Stereo Enhancement -> Diffusion (Ambience) -> 6 voices echo -> Ambience reverb
But it's just a idea.
Cheers

I'am all for a modular / routing system !!
And if you could make the CD-100 a Chorus / flanger / phaser / ... etc + delay of course kind of device with a modular approach ...
I'am eager to pay for such a device, anytime !
And if you put togeter some odd things like SSB or the kind for a weird multiFX unit ... you have my money too.

well, I'm just the opposite
keep them as simple as it goes, even at the expense of spreading functions over several devices.
Just like an instrument an fx unit should have a clear definition, a character of it's own.
Your stuff sounds tremendous, but it's already at the limit of operability (imho).
cheers, Tom

Astroman I don't uderstand why you think they are at their limits of operability.
If you can use the Scope software or modular synth, you should have no trouble deciding if you want a diffuser or delay to be first in the signal path.
I think that Warp has done enough for us with this awesome free effect so I'm happy no matter what happens.
