"Sample not found" after ChickenSys Translation

I've imported a number of Akai CDs (not pirated -- originals) into STS format.

However, I frequently get an error message that the samples cannot be found. Sometimes the samples are not there, but sometimes they are there!

Anyone have some guidance as to how I can be most successful with the translation?

Personnaly, i always had trouble with chickensystem translator...
