Great support from Creamware!

I just wanna praise Ralf from Creamware for his
very gentle,fast and professional support.
He really helped me.Many guys get angry about
the creamware support but i did very good experiences with it and this not once.

I wonder how that chance should (not could) be calculated?

You guys make international phone calls in peak time to ask about the card? Never considered doing that...

I got like one mail return from tech support, all these years that I'm using the platform. It was to say that he was fired and he had enjoyed the cooperation.

[That doesn't include mails for plugin transfer]
