I just wanna praise Ralf from Creamware for his
very gentle,fast and professional support.
He really helped me.Many guys get angry about
the creamware support but i did very good experiences with it and this not once.

You guys make international phone calls in peak time to ask about the card? Never considered doing that...

I got like one mail return from tech support, all these years that I'm using the platform. It was to say that he was fired and he had enjoyed the cooperation. :grin:

[That doesn't include mails for plugin transfer]

I must say also Ralf helped me with my Six String registration (if you remember my postings about it :smile: ). Once we started exchanging emails, the problem was fixed :smile:
