Finally got 2 activation keys - one for Prophet Plus (correct) and one for Orion Custom Pro (incorrect - I have never owned it).
Too late anyway the money has been sent back to the buyer.

I am the person that has tried to purchase these 2 plugins...........everything it's true,in the distance of 2 months Creamware has not done anything whether not to answer with some emails that at the end they are revealed false.
I am very disappointed with them, I have always held the Creamware a serious firm,I understand because they have risked the crash........ I sincerely believe that the lesson however they have not learned him to them and my fortune has been that to deal this sale with a person a lot of onest,gentle and available
it is a true sin that certain transactions don't conclude him in the correct way...... I would be curious to know that type of complicated job is that to transfer the plugins

you both had a bad trip for sure, and something really went wrong.
But I'm sure Ralf is doing a great job, trying to help everyone out.
Our phonecalls and the content of the emails I got from him yesterday makes that very clear to me, as does the way how he's present at planetz.
Your case must belong to the one % that got all the bad luck you can have.
Nothing really helpfull, at least enjoy again making music

Frank has explained it in the announcement forum, but to make a long story short:
the protection was developed to be unbreakable and that means it runs outside the main application, contains encryption, possibly non Intel machine code and some unique stuff from the hardware.
Originally it was designed one way and non-removable at all.

From my own experience I can assure you that I never needed more than a couple of hours to remove any software or dongle protection (on Mac, many years ago and just for fun) from any application.
And I'm not even a fluently assembler programmer, let alone a hacker...
Either you apply a rock solid scheme (like CWA) or you can spare the hazzle and leave it open.

I'm ashamed the buyer of my plugin still hasn't got his plugin after paying for it nearly 2 months ago.

Tomorrow I will send the money back with my apologies. I don't want to phone Germany, be asocial and jump the cue.

Not much I can do to make it up to my buyer :[

again, imagine the way that queu is build up: many many morefold doubles, from unsure, frustrated or impatient users...
My guess is the best way to work through this mess is grabbing where you can, and hope for the best.
If someone here got immediate help, I guess it's a way to show Creamware (Ralf, others) does care about their users...

it makes me wonder if cwa just has given up on their mailbox, "forget what's in there let's make a fresh start".
