A16 Ultra jumper settings

Does anyone have the A16 Ultra jumper diagram they could forward to me, or even better yet a pdf of the manual? Mine seems to have walked off. Do private messages work on this board? Thanks in advance, jf

I can't think of any reason why CW wouldn't want this posted publicly. Could be useful for others.
