Just finished the re-registrating of my Pulsar2 board, which is seen as two boards with two hardware serials.
So I bought me the Minimax and the Prodigy
I was afraid this morning I could only get one discounted plug per registration/owner.
The so called shop bug seems to be related only to the unlimited discounted purchases beyond the actual number of boards.
You still can buy one plug per board, which in fact was a surprise to me.
May be I should re-read this thread, but this morning I wasn't very happy with the close relationship between you and CWA, Genoxcide...
It turns out to be right tho, I say nothing anymore

PS. in fact I could pass all the MyPage windows to get to a third purchase, having filled in the number of one board for the 2nd time...
I stopped at the credit card payment page, where I left.
Dunno if I had succeeded, but I'd swear...

Thanks Creamware!

i can understand your statement to that. I didn't tell it to CW because of the users using this bug (which is still on  ) but asked CW for myself after a testing from my side because i wanted to pay the money missing to the full price. But i got RB's statement to the situation and he said it is ok because it is better to sell 2-3 plugs that way to a user than selling no plug because of the higher price.

So my "relationship" to CW is not spying here around or something like that but inform them about problems we are looking for an answer. The Shop Bug was another thing i wanted to get cleared between CW and myself

until then,

Thats just an awfully cool attitude from a firm that sells pro stuff...

to the benefit of everybody.

Well. I think it is ok to keep this attitude. Because CW is living from sales... not from developing. So it is truely better to sell their plugs this way instead of selling much less for the higher price. And it is very kind from CW to tolerate this situation.

So if it's working so well then perhaps it's time to drop the pretence of a "bug" and just modify the standard shop prices by 50% ?

This deal is incredible (for the quality you can get for the price of the plugins).

Although, really the only plugs that make sense to buy at 50% (if you are buying a bunch) are the ones not included in the plugin packs. Otherwise, it is more economical to buy one of the packs.

thats true. but look which plugins are available through the big-packs and which one are available with the 50% offer... Almost all plugs are inside these packs.
On the other hand you can better separate the plugs u want and what not

Why steal that surplus of happyness? It's very important that the true value of this wonderful stuff is clear for everyone, and that this situation is highly beneficial for all the users and a psycological boost for purchasing, that is vital now for CWA.

It's a tortured and convoluted way to prove "value" but I see what you mean. I suppose it also keeps the door open for CWA to return prices to their normal levels without anyone really being able to complain too much.

yep.. thats true...

But to honor the "value" to the programmers is a problem... most of the old staff of CW has been fired by the insolvencymanager(thats a common process in germany) due the insolvency... so these programmers created the plugs we get now cannot be honored that way they should be. Thats sad but true...
I see a postfired honor of value to them by spreading mor of these plugins to us
