STILL NO HELP FROM CW ! ! ! ! ! !

Hallo folks!

Same crazy thing on CW site!
I'm (3years)registreted user of the Creamware cards,end I
receved from CW a new "nickname" end several "Password's" but I still can't get "MY PAGE".
What to do to get "My Page" on CW site maybe can you tell me for advice?????????
Sometimes I get warning LOGIN FAILED end sometimes YOU ARE ALREADY LOGIN but
when I ,after that, continue to get "My page" same thing show up like "LOGIN FAILED",
if I go to "REGISTER NEW LOGIN" i receve message "YOU ALREADY HAVE A LOGIN" end
everything goes back in the cycle again!!!!!!!!!
Still NO HELP;no e-mail from CW support page!

Which is the nearest way to solve this problem.
What do you think about that?????????

ANYONE HAVE SAME PROBLEMS?????????????

Try to call CW via phone between 14-17:00 during the week... if there is no free line or no one gets on the phone try a bit later... i always got someone on the phone... probably you get ralf... he'll help you surely out of your mess with your login

yes i know thats not the help you wanted... but at least i think its better to ask CW directly because others probably have this bug too and so CW could also fix it somehow... and you can write in here a solution if there is one

Just for the record here, what's your browser & Operating System? Also if you do resolve this with Creamware its useful to still reply your results here...

Hence browser & OS. I know that firefox has some weirdness across systems for me with cookies (especially with php).

Please notice, that you must allow cockies and you have to activate java in your browsersettings.
