It's a bit mess..
I've tried activate my 2 cards several times. Site states that you get one software credit/card. But It just says: 'Current price reduction is 50% for 1 product(s).' Where is the price reduction for my second card? If I do it again, I got a message that software credits are already used.
Also, I see no 'allkeys.skf' for SFP4. There is only 3.1 key file.

A bit complex to get new graphics..

This SP4 activation drives me crazy!

I go to GET SCOPE4, follow all the instructions (my boards are recognized), click SUBMIT and I get an error message that I dont have any boards registered and thus no activation keys were sent!!

I then do it a second time, goes all right and then I get:

Ok, got SFP4 installed. Works with 3.1 keyfile from CWA site.
I had problems too to get the activation email. I just tried it several times and then it worked, regardless what errors it gave to me. It's still a mess with online shop though..
Good luck

I tried it about 10 times but always I get the same error... Now, the only thing I can do is to wait for CWA support to answer...

BTW, I think it is stupid the way they did the actual update. It is another thing to have a CD with SP4 and another thing to have an update that people will actually *download* from a site! And not all of us have ADSL or cable! Actually very few (I have PSTN).

What I want to say is that there was no need to include 17MB of Acrobat reader 4 setup in 3 languages! No need to include another 10MB of samples (who uses these particular ones anyway?). No need to include TONS of optional plugins for people who dont have any keys for them anyway...

It seems that the error we are getting is due to overload...
DB Error: [DBNMPNTW]ConnectionOpen (CreateFile()).
(Database busy. Please try again.)Die Operation mit einem Objekt ist nicht zulässig, wenn dieses auf eine geschlossene oder ungültige Verbindung verweist.
Patience is gold...

Just wanted to d/l my third party devices from "my page" and it failed to generate the packages. So now I'm sure the server is overloaded.

Downloading even as we speak. DSL is great

I do agree with some of you though about the lack of new bug fixes in this version. We've been waiting for at least a year (or has it been two years, I don't remember). What were they doing all this time? Noah? Was the entire company involved in that? Apparently so if all we got was a minor face lift and a few bug fixes.

Ho hum - anyway - whatever

I will say a big thanks to CW for getting this out and at least doing something positive. I do like the new site. And I do appreciate the 1/2 price sale. Hope we don't have to wait another year for another update. Rock on.

I have this "An error occured while sending your keys!" message too. Let's hope there will be a quick solution for this.

Here too,
the same common error :

"Your activation codes are now sent via e-mail to this address:
(my e-mail) An error occured while sending your keys! Plaese contact our support. Sorry... "
