In my current day job, I have had nine management restructures in the last 2 years. All these management dudes tap dancing around on top of us, having meetings, identifying "synergies" with this and that and patting themselves on their back at how they are making a difference. But my job has not changed in 2 years one bit. I think Creamware will carry on. They have such a great product it must continue IMO.
