Every time i start my PC, the startup project starts loading, then crashes and Winxp wants to send a bugreport.

If i start SFP again, everything works fine.
Tried reinstalling SFP
, rearranging IRQ´s and slots.

Maybe some registry thing?
Can anyone help?

Start > Run > "Msconfig"

It might be that something else is loading at the same time and conflicting?

Just a thought...

hello there,
i think valis is rihgt but i dont know whay
this is happend.
i have the same problem that my computer crash without eny worning or sx suddenly crash andwhen i restart sx it says that the asio is closed or some thing like that.
i have noticed that every time that it happed there is an entery in the msconfig at the startup tab that named : dumprep 0-k .
i have looked in the registery and found out
that it is related to the kernel file system
but i dont know how to fix it so i only unchaked that box in the msconfig and for some time it doesn't happend .
i have that problem for a long time and i even format my system but it came again after a while ... urg
its frustrating me too for a long time ,
Hope we can find the solution here.

my system is : P4 2.4 ,asusp4pe ,512 ddr kingstone ,80giga maxtor and pulsar2.

http://www.greatis.com/regrun3atyouroption.htm#dumprep

Dumprep is just a meory dump created by the NT kernel (nt/2k/xp) when the crash occurs. You can disable these:

- right click on My Computer
- select "Properties" and then the "Advanced" tab.
- Click on the "Settings" button in 'Startup and Recovery'.
- In the bottom pane under 'Write debugging information' select 'None' in the dropdown field
- click OK

thank you for your help, mates.
In msconfig , i saw that option for the startup project is "sfp.exe -s".So i tried opening sfp without "-s":worked tried with"-s" again:didn´t work .
Then I found the problem: one of the paths in "settings" (SFP toolbar) was deleted.entered path again, works perfect now.
