Where are all the 15 Sharcs ?

I wonder where all the 15 Sharcs are placed on the Scope/SRB/PowerPulsar boards?
When I look at the following picture I can only see 8 of them:

Or are they stacked on top of eachother (2*8 = 16 ...) ?.
