Where does msnp32.dll belong to?

Since I installed my network card, my computer doesn't find this file. I extracted it from the win98se-disk, but I don't know the folder where this file belongs. Could anyone win98se-user help? Thanks in advance!

i'm not sure but it looks like something that belongs in the C:/windows/system32 folder.

i did, on my own computer but didn't find it..
maybe it's related to your specific network card?
