Completly fanless P4 3,0 !!!!!!!!

The site is in German only unfortunatly.
But from what i can see it is completly fanless!! And it supports up to Pentium IV 3.2 gHz with a i875 chipset so it is bleeding edge as well.
Unbelievable!!!

How on earth do they do that???
