If you want to chain it as a insert in a mixer channel, it doesn't show up then.
But surprise, just copy the TD also to the effects folder (I choose Dynamics subfolder) and there it is in the insert popup menu!
Obvious? wasn't for me
BTW TD works super, a few knop points do the job already, and you can go very extreme, wow.
