How do you try out a demo device?

Hi all,
I want to try out the vinco demo from the creamware shop but do not understand what i have to do........How do you install the oxe file? Any help much appreciated and many thanks to all who post on this forum, wow this is some knowledgebase.

And when you're done with the demo, how do you get rid of it so you can try a demo of another device?

Never mind. You can register a demo only once. I forgot I already tried a demo before and that's why I couldn't try it now.

There's 2 ways:
1) Run the .oxe. You'll be taken through a mini-setup. If this doesn't work, then read on.
2) Put the .oxe in ..SFPAppOxe and restart SFP.

Download the DemoRequest.oxe file. Doubleclick it to run the installer. Then run the SFP. Load the DemoRequest (Plug-Ins/Tools) and the Demo Request Module will show a code (request string). Copy this code, paste it into the text field on the Product Demo Download page (CW website) and press the submit button. Then you can download the demo version of the plugin and install it.

and what do i do when a surface doesnt appear?
