STS LFO speeds !?

I wonder if its possible to have an LFO sync with my bpm. So I can create some snappy beats by hooking up an LFO to the loudness.

How fast is the speed setting from the LFOs ? And what other ways are there to achieve this ?

You have this feature in STS5000, but not in 3000
