new mix and new mastering. more exactly, attempting a new mastering led me to remix it entirely.
The track is between -10 and -8dB LUFS with -1dB true Peak. you might need to use that volume knob.
This mix is both "more ambient" but I tried to make it slightly more reggae (louder piano, drums equalized differently).
I play:
- Harmonicas (a Bb and a C, hohner special 20)
- Guitars (direct to HiZ and guitar Rig) except the main steel guit slide bit
- Bass and Sequences made with Neodyne. Bass is equalized in Rodin Eq (then equalized a bit more to fit better in the mix, mainly by removing freqs aroound 200/300 Hz).
- Dub parts made with Del-Ray and Dubby Delays
- Spring reverbs are real springs
As a novelty, I tried the Capitol Mastering Compressor from UAD. I used it in dual mono before the Fairchild, to give more dynamic drums. I am not sure of the brillance that it adds (I mean, it adds brillance, but I am not sure I like it, 10 days demo left to decide

I would like to know how does it sound to your ears ? Aren't there too much trebles ? or may be that's just me.
