• Open Windows 11 settings, either by using the Win+I keyboard shortcut or by clicking on the 'Settings' option in the Start Menu.
• Click on 'System' in the left pane of the Settings page.
• Now select the 'For developers' option in the right pane.
• Finally, scroll down and toggle on the 'End task' option.

I'm using similar settings on W10 with w10privacy.
W11 is on some of my business computers, but to my experience, W10 is more "production ready".
Is there any software out there, which only works with W11 ? (.. which I'd try to avoid )

I’ve had 0 issues with Win11, including with Scope. Moved all but two machines over last year.
