Pm attachment filesize contradiction

When sending a pm, I read "20MiB" max filesize.
After uploading a file of 4MB, I read "error max 256kB allowed".
Whats the limit ?

B.t.w., Valis,- since Mozilla Firefox update yesterday,- scopeusers.com seems to be blacklisted as kind of precarious website, possibly because of expired certificate or such.
I got it on Win10 Pro x64 (laptop and office machine).
Unfortunately I forgot making a screenshot,- but I had to click a confirmation button and accept the "risk" to get ahead.

Yes host moving impacted several things. Time limited at the moment, working on what I can.

PM attachment filesizes have been upped to 50MB, along with post attachment settings. Formerly they were 20MB and it was a php issue with a new version of php not fully migrating settings. Same with the SSL certs, subdomain forums.scopeusers.com wasn't properly regenerating the cert on expiration.

All fixed now!
